2 Kayakers Rescued Off Reeves Beach: Police
The call for help came in Saturday afternoon, police say.
RIVERHEAD, NY — Two kayakers were pulled to shore during a water rescue off Reeves Beach on Saturday afternoon, police said.
According to Riverhead Town Police, the call came in at approximately 2:45 p.m.; Riverhead Police, Riverhead Fire Department, and Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps all responded to the scene, police said.
No injuries were reported, police said.
