Author Talk: Reckless: The Racehorse Who Became a Marine Corps Hero

From 7-8 pm, Author Tom Clavin will speak about his latest book Reckless, which tells the true story of a racehorse who was sold to an American Marine and carried heavy artillery in combat during the Korean War. The horse’s perseverance and bravery inspired the entire corps. Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase. Prior to the Author Talk, from 5:30 to 7 pm, you are invited to purchase homemade Neapolitan pizza and beverages at Diliberto Winery.
