Auto Shop Burglarized Overnight: Cops
Numerous pieces of automotive repair equipment were stolen, police say.
RIVERHEAD, NY — An automotive shop in Riverhead was burglarized early Thursday, police said.
According to Riverhead Town Police, a call came in at 6:47 a.m. about a commercial burglary at Joe's Automotive, located on Middle Road.
Someone forced entry into the business overnight and stole numerous pieces of automotive repair equipment, police said.

The Riverhead Police Department's detective division was notified and responded to the scene to assist in the investigation.
