Celebrating the Music of The Allman Brothers Band &amp; Lynyrd Skynyrd Writing another chapter in the legacy of The Allman Brothers Band, A Brother’s Revival – led by former Allman Brothers bassist David “Rook” Goldflies – brings the music of the Allman Brothers to life every time they step on stage. During the two-and-a-half-hour show, David leads A Brothers Revival through all the Allman Brothers’ classics: Jessica, One Way Out, Statesboro Blues, Midnight Rider, Melissa, Ramblin’ Man, In Memory of Elizabeth Reed, Whipping Post, and a few surprises for the fans that enjoy the deep jams. These brothers perform the songs with authentic passion while paying homage to the improvisational spirit of the original band, pushing the songs to new heights. Also on the rockfest lineup, Classic Skynyrd Live! The Great Lawn

Returning to the Great Lawn on August 1st-2nd for the Mary O. Fritchie Juried Fine Art and Crafts Show is New Jersey artist Leni Paquet-Morante. 
Recognized with a 2025 solo exhibition at Princeton University Art Museum, Paquet-Morante's work includes paintings outdoors along shorelines and shallow water systems including lotus fields, and interpretive work in her studio which is located on Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ. A comprehensive talent, her canvases are presented in her own handcrafted cherry wood frames.
Paquet-Morante's paintings and works on paper have been widely collected on Long Island since she first arrived on the local art festival circuit five years ago. Sponsoring the M.O.Fritchie event, the Westhampton Chamber of Commerce awarded her ribbons for both Painting (2025) and Best Booth (2024).

Contemporary Landscape Painter Returns to Westhampton Beach

Join us for this family event for people of all ages to see raptors – up close! FREE FOR CHILDREN AND MEMBERS. (Non-members pay regular admission to the garden.)
A raptor is any carnivorous bird, usually predatory (they actively 
hunt other animals), typically possessing exceptional speed, sight, or 
strength.&nbsp; These magnificent animals, also called birds of prey, are 
near the top of the food chain, however, that does not protect them from
 harm by humans directly or indirectly, either by development or 
environmental degradation.
Meet four rehabilitated raptors up close and personal. The group may 
include one or more species of owl, hawk, vulture and/or falcon. Learn 
how each bird was injured &amp; then rehabilitated by the Rescue Center 
to become a wildlife ambassador. Handlers from Center will describe how 
raptors live in the wild and how humans can/should coexist with them.

 is Eastern Long Island’s ONLY Wildlife Hospital, a 501(c)(3) non-profit
 dedicated to the rescue, medical rehabilitation, and release of native 
wildlife on the East End of Long Island. The Center opened its doors in 
2000. The Wildlife Rescue Center receives over 10,000 calls each year 
for information or assistance with wild animal encounters. They are open
 365 days a year and are available on call 24 hours a day.
AUDIENCE: For Adults and Children of All Ages

The Landcraft Garden Foundation, The Garden Conservancy and Suffolk County Dept. of Economic Development and Planning are proud to present an evening celebrating the life and work of Anne Spencer, an African-American Virginia-based Harlem-Renaissance poet, civil rights activist, and gardener (1882-1975) whose accomplishments are the focus of The Garden Conservancy’s recent documentary, “Earth I Thank You: The Garden and Legacy of Anne Spencer” (2026). James Brayton-Hall, the Garden Conservancy's president and CEO, will introduce both the film, New York State Poet Laureate Kimiko Hahn and Suffolk County Poet Laureate Chip Williford, each of whom will read select pieces from Anne Spencer’s body of work. Readings will be followed by an open-air viewing of the documentary in the Garden. The evenings' mission being to connect people of different backgrounds and artistic experiences together to engage in thoughtful conversation about the meaning and influence of Ms. Spencer’s work in an environment (a garden) like the one that inspired her. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Lite bites and wine to be served.

Box Pickleball

RIVERHEAD NY - Victory Pro Wrestling brings its brand of live professional wrestling to Riverhead for the first time on Saturday, Aug. 1, when VPW Outside the Box takes over Box Pickleball. Championships, rivalries and careers will all be on the line as some of the promotion's biggest stars collide in an event built around matches that could reshape the future of VPW.
The night's main event settles one of VPW's fiercest rivalries inside a steel cage. VPW Champion Anthony Gangone and Alvin Alvarez meet one final time with nowhere to run and no outside interference. The stakes could not be higher. If Alvarez cannot defeat Gangone, he will never receive another VPW Championship opportunity as long as Gangone remains champion. One man walks out with the title. The other may watch his championship dream disappear forever.
The VPW New York State Championship picture also heats up as champion David Graham faces returning former champion Dante Drago. Graham enters Riverhead after an impressive victory over Filipino Grigio, but Drago returns determined to reclaim the championship he once held and remind everyone why his name still commands respect.
The VPW Tag Team Championships will be defended in a volatile triple threat match as Committed to Excellence battles Security Inc and ManteChica. The champions survived their last title defense only to be blindsided by Security Inc after the match. ManteChica has unfinished business and wants another opportunity at the gold, while questions remain about the condition of Skyler Mack after a possible injury.
Also scheduled to appear are VPW Women's Champion Amity LaVey, Powerful Ken Powers and many more of the top stars in Victory Pro Wrestling.

Tickets will also be available at the door on event day at Box Pickleball in Riverhead, subject to availability.
