Have you deliberately bathed in Sound Waves yet?
Would you like a reminder of what "deeply relaxed and also rejuvenated" feels like?
In sessions I compose pieces using a large selection of therapy grade and tuned Tibetan Metal bowls, 1 26 & 1 32 inch Gong, Thunder, Sea and Buffalo drums, 9 Solfeggio Tuned long chimes and other cool instruments which direct different frequencies of sound waves through the room and body.
Benefits:
Reduce stress and anxiety

Chakra & Meridian Systems balancing
Increase mental and emotional clarity
Balances both hemispheres of the brain
