Drunk Driver Nabbed In Riverhead: Police
He was stopped for failure to dim his headlights and an inadequate plate lamp, police say.

RIVERHEAD, NY — A Rivehead man was cuffed for driving drunk, police said.
According to Riverhead Police, Jvon A. Ligon, 26, was arrested on Aug. 16 at 9:07 p.m. on Doctors Path south of Sound Avenue after being stopped for failure to dim headlights and an inadequate plate lamp.
Upon further investigation, Ligon was found to be intoxicated with a BAC of .13 percent, police said.

Ligon was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and was released on an appearance ticket, police said.
