Elderly Man With 3 Loaded Handguns Caught In Driveway Of Baiting Hollow Home: Police
BREAKING: The elderly Georgia man was arrested Monday night, police said.

BAITING HOLLOW, NY — An elderly Georgia man with three loaded handguns was caught outside a Baiting Hollow home Monday night, police said.
According to Riverhead Town Police, a call came in at 8:06 p.m. about a suspicious vehicle at a home on Silver Beach Court in Baiting Hollow.
Upon arrival, police found a 1996 Chevy Tahoe with Georgia registration parked in the driveway of the home; a man identified as Medicus Brown, 80, of Lithia Springs, GA, was located near the vehicle, police said.

Brown was found to be in possession of a loaded .22 caliber handgun; during a subsequent investigation conducted at the scene, officers also discovered two other loaded handguns, a .22 caliber revolver and a .38 caliber revolver, police said.
Brown was placed under arrest and charged with three counts of second degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies, and transported to the Riverhead Police Department, where he was processed and held for arraignment, police said.

According to Riverhead Police Det. Sgt. Ed Frost, the man had no connection to the home and there may have been "other reasons" for his actions that are being investigated.
