Cheese Please! An Educational Cheese Tasting, Seminar and Pairing

  Join us with Cheesemaker and owner of THE BIG CHEESE, Mark Cassin and he guides us through a cheese tasting of rare and artisan domestic cheeses.  His special selections will be expertly paired with perfect Palmer Vineyards Summer time sippers and limited New Releases. Admission price includes a tasting of four cheeses and a flight of pairing wines.  Reservations are required.
