Comtesse Thérèse Bistro announces a red wine and dark chocolate pairing class on Saturday, October 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. Chocolate Sommelier Roxanne Browning of Exotic Chocolate Tasting will pair award-winning artisanal dark chocolates with Theresa’s Reserve Estate Merlots and Cabernet Sauvignons.
