A Specialty Food Workshop will be held at the Stony Brook University Incubator in Calverton. The Agricultural Consumer Science Center will host the one-day workshop on getting food products from the kitchen to the marketplace. It also includes a tour of the new kitchen, which is still under construction. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Registration includes lunch, a business plan guide and other materials. Only two people per company can attend.
