The Peconic Land Trust will host a class on the care and cultivation of orchids in its newly expanded greenhouses on Bill Bianchi and Mark Davis' property. Guests will get a walking tour and information for successful reflowering and tips for re-potting your orchid. Everyone will receive a baby orchid to take home. Advanced registration is required. There are two classes offered on March 17; one from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and another from noon to 1:30 p.m.
