Faculty Art Exhibit to Unfold at Suffolk County College's Eastern Campus
The exhibit will be on display from Jan. 23 to Feb. 25.

Teachers will get the chance to showcase their talents during a "Faculty Art Exhibit", which will be unveiled at Suffolk County Community College's Eastern Campus from January 23 to February 25.
The Exhibit will be on display at the college’s Lyceum Gallery; an artists’ reception open to the general public will be held on Thursday, February 9.
Exhibited will be faculty works of art in a wide range of media including:

- the black and white landscape photography of Professor John Stefanik of Sag Harbor, who teaches 2D Design and The History of Photography
- Professor Meredith Starr of Plainview, who teaches Drawing, 2D Design and Modern Art History, will show her ink and mixed media works on paper
- Professor Denise Fehr of Manorville, who teaches Color Theory, will exhibit her fired glass works
- Professor Beth Giles of North Haven, who teaches Drawing and Art Appreciation, will exhibit her handmade paper reliefs containing her printmaking imagery.
Gallery hours are Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Directions to the Eastern Campus: Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 70. Take County Road (CR) 111 four miles to County Road 51. Turn left toward Riverhead and go north on CR 51. After 3.5 miles, turn right onto Speonk-Riverhead Road to the campus entrance on the right.
