Female Driver Busted for Possession on Route 58 in Riverhead: Police
The woman was arrested after a traffic stop, police said.

RIVERHEAD, NY — A Medford woman was arrested after she was found with a controlled substance on Route 58 in Riverhead, police said.
According to New York State Police, Nadine M. Mayer, 27, was arrested on September 6 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop for moving from her lane unsafely on County Road 58.
Mayer was issued appearance tickets and is slated to returned to Riverhead Justice Court on October 5 at 9 a.m., police said.
