Fire Guts Mobile Home; 1 Person Injured

RIVERSIDE, NY —A mobile home in Riverside was destroyed by fire Friday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, the fire was reported at 3:17 p.m. on Pond Drive in the Riverwoods Mobile Home Community. One person was injured in the fire and transported by ambulance to a hospital for treatment, police said.
The Southampton Town Fire Marshal is investigating, with the cause of the fire currently unknown, police said.
