Five Arrested During STOP-DWI Patrol Over Fourth of July Weekend
The patrol took place in the Town of Riverhead from Thursday night to Monday morning.

Five people were arrested during the STOP-DWI patrol over the Fourth of July weekend, according to Riverhead Town Police.
The police department conducted the patrol from 8 p.m. on Thursday to 4:30 a.m. on Monday in the Town of Riverhead.
As a result, the following arrests were made, according to the Riverhead Town Police.

- Edgar M. Escalente, 41, of Riverhead, was arrested for second degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Thursday. He was released on bail.
- Alfredo Martinez Gray, 41, of Riverhead, was arrested for DWI on Saturday. He was processed and held for morning arraignment.
- Debra Alaimo, 49, of Riverhead, was arrested for DWI on Saturday. She was processed and held for morning arraignment.
- Isobel A. Morgenstern, 57, of Fairfield, CT, was arrested for DWI on Sunday. She was processed and held for morning arraignment.
- Daniel H. White, Jr., 60, of Riverhead, was arrested for DWI on Sunday. He was processed and held for morning arraignment.
Police will continue their Stop DWI enforcement throughout the upcoming summer months and into the November and December holiday seasons.
