Free Knee, Hip and Shoulder Seminar Aug. 12 in Riverhead

The Total Joint Replacement Program at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital will offer a free informational seminar on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Hyatt Place East End in Riverhead.
Orthopedic surgeons will discuss the conditions that lead to joint deterioration and pain, and surgical options available for hip, knee and shoulder replacement. Pre- and post-operative care, rehabilitation, insurance and other related topics will be covered by Mather representatives. A question and answer period will follow. A light dinner will be served.
