Front Door Glass Smashed, Cash Stolen From Riverhead Business: PD

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search is on for whoever broke into a Riverhead business and stole cash early Wednesday, police said.

According to Riverhead Police, a call came in at 1 a.m. regarding a commercial burglary at Country Rotisserie, located on Old Country Road.

Officers arrived and found that the front door glass was broken and entry had been made into the establishment, police said. An undetermined amount of cash was removed from the business, police said.
