Gunpoint Robbery at Riverhead Gas Station, Police Searching for Suspects

Police are seeking the public’s help to catch three men who held up a Riverhead gas station at gunpoint Thursday night.

According to Riverhead Town Police, the robbery took place at 7:33 p.m. at the OK Petro Mini Mart Gas Station on East Main Street.

Three men entered the store, displayed a handgun and knife, and demanded money from employees, police said.

The men received an undetermined amount of cash and fled the gas station on foot, police said.
