IHOP Coming To Riverhead This March
The new IHOP is expected to bring 70 to 100 jobs to Riverhead.

RIVERHEAD, NY — Pancake lovers will be rejoicing in Riverhead this March — an IHOP is slated to open on Route 58.
The new IHOP will be located at 1490 Old Country Road in March at the site of the former Joe's Crab Shack.
According to Adam Korn, senior manager, brand communications for IHOP® Restaurants, "For nearly 60 years, IHOP has proudly served guests freshly made breakfast foods at any time of day, every day."

The new eatery will seat approximately 200 guests, be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday, Korn said.
In addition, he said, the new restaurant will bring 70 to 100 jobs to the community for all positions — cooks, servers, service assistants, hosts and assistant managers — and applicants may apply directly at the restaurant once construction is complete.

The restaurant will be built with the latest design specs and will include contemporary touches such as wood-like porcelain floors, our iconic banquette seating, and more. Additionally, there will be a private dining room for special occasions, Korn said.
In addition to IHOP's "world-famous buttermilk pancakes," the restaurant will offer French toast, hickory smoked bacon, omelettes, International House Roast Coffee served in the famous IHOP Never Empty Coffee Pot® and many other breakfast favorites, Korn said.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of signature lunch and dinner items including hand-seasoned burgers, including breakfast-inspired choices like the Denver omelette burger.
"IHOP and our franchisee look forward to welcoming guests into the furthest location East of Long Island, and providing them with an unparalleled breakfast experience," Korn said.
