LIRR Adding Extra Trains to the North Fork For Holiday Weekend
Customers will have additional train options starting on Thursday.
The Long Island Rail Road will be adding extra trains to to the North Fork for the holiday weekend.
Beginning on Thursday, customers planning an early getaway will have afternoon train options from Penn Station.
On Thursday and Friday, in addition to the regular weekday service, there will be a 3:55 p.m. train from Penn Station connecting at Ronkonkoma for the 5:21 p.m. eastbound train making all stops to Greenport.
