Lottery Ticket Worth More Than $63K Sold on East End

RIVERHEAD, NY — Check your tickets — you could be a big winner!

The New York Lottery announced Wednesday that a top prize winning ticket for the December 13 TAKE 5 drawing, worth $63,313, was sold at Bapa Card and Gift, located at 763 Old Country Road in Riverhead.

In addition to the $63,313 top prize for the December 13 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 256 players each purchased winning tickets worth $370.50 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing, officials said.

In total, there were 95,208 TAKE 5 winners for the December 13 drawing.

The winning numbers for the December 13 TAKE 5 drawing were 01-03-07-25-28.

The New York Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.

The winners may claim the tickets at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Long Island office, located at 45 South Service Road, in Plainview, or at Resorts World Casino New York City, located at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd. in Jamaica.
