Man Charged With Driving On Drugs: Police

A Flanders man was caught driving while ability impaired by drugs, police said.

According to New York State Police, Bryan S. Hale, 50, was arrested on March 29 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after a traffic stop for multiple infractions while he was headed east on Route 24 in Southampton Town.

Hale was transported back to New York State Police barracks Riverside and processed without incident; he is due back in Southampton Justice Court on April 24, police said.
