Man Charged With DWI On North Fork: Police
He was driving while intoxicated without a license, police say.

NORTH FORK, NY — A Greenport man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Laurel Sunday night, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the incident took place at 10:28 p.m. on Route 25. Miguel Secaidagiron, 35, was arrested and charged with DWI, first offense, as well as speeding, driving without a license, and moving from lane unsafely, police said.
Secaidagiron was stopped while driving a 2005 Chevrolet pickup for failing to maintain his lane on New York State Route 25 in Laurel, police said.

When stopped, his eyes were red and glassy, his breath smelled of an alcoholic beverage, and he failed roadside field sobriety tests at the scene, police said.
Secaidagiron was arrested and transported to police headquarters where he was processed and held pending arraignment, police said.
