Man Drove Drunk On Route 58 in Riverhead: Police
He was pulled over for "dazzling lights" on the front of his vehicle, police said.
RIVERHEAD, NY — A Middle Island man was caught driving drunk on Route 58 in Riverhead, police said.
According to New York State Police, Miguel A. Diaz, 24, was arrested on Thursday following a traffic stop for unauthorized dazzling lights on the front of the vehicle.
Investigation and standardized tests revealed that Diaz was intoxicated; he was arrested and charged with DWI, police said.
