Man Stole 2 Pairs Of New Balance Shoes From DSW: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — Authorities are searching for a man that stole two pairs of New Balance shoes from DSW in Riverhead, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Police Department are asking for the public’s help to identify and find the man who stole the New Balance shoes from DSW, located at 1500 Old Country Rd., on Jan. 20 at 3:50 p.m., police said.

The merchandise is valued at $139.98, police said.

The suspect was described as having a full beard; he was wearing a white shirt, a black jacket and a black hat, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
