Man Throws Concrete Block Through Window, Steals Cigarettes: Cops
He's facing a felony burglary charge after breaking the window and stealing 10 packs of cigarettes, police say.

RIVERHEAD, NY — A Valhalla, NY man was arrested after he threw a concrete brick through a gas station window and stole cigarettes, police said.
According to Riverhead Town Police, on Saturday at 3:41 a.m., New York State Police, while on routine patrol, heard an audible alarm at the Mobil Gas Station located on East Main St. in Riverhead.
As the troopers pulled into the parking lot to investigate, a man was seen running from the business; the troopers followed him and called the Riverhead Police Department for further assistance in locating him, police said.

A perimeter was set up and he was eventually found hiding in some nearby bushes by Riverhead Police, with proceeds from the burglary located nearby, police said.
The Riverhead Police Department's detective division was notified and responded for further investigation.

Authorities determined that Willie A. Frazier, 35, threw a concrete block through a window at the Mobil Gas Station, entered the premises and removed 10 packs of Newport cigarettes; he was placed under arrest and transported to the Riverhead Police Department where he was charged with one count of third degree burglary, a felony, police said.
He was processed, arraigned and transported to the Suffolk County Correctional Facility to be held, police said.
