Man Trespasses, Enters Pool House and Stays, With Family Home Inside Residence
The Hampton Bays man was arrested in Riverhead, police said.

RIVERHEAD, NY - A Hampton Bays man was arrested on Saturday night after he entered a Riverhead pool house without permission and hung out for a few hours, with the family home, police said.
According to Riverhead Town Police, Matthew Christopher, 26, was arrested on Saturday at 11:58 p.m. after he entered a private residential pool house on Waterview Court while the residents were home and stayed on the premises uninvited for a couple of hours.
A K9 unit tracked Christopher from where his suspicious vehicle was parked, to the pool house, where he was arrested and charged with second degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, police said.
