Man Wanted For Questioning After Tanger Assault: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search is on for a man wanted for questioning in connection with an assault at Tanger in Riverhead, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and detectives from the Riverhead Town Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man; the assault occurred at the Tanger Outlets, 200 Tanger Mall Drive, on August 3 at 2 p.m., police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
