Manorville Man Charged With Sending Sexual Texts To Girl, 16: PD
The 16-year-old received vulgar texts, and an inappropriate photo, from an unknown phone number, police say.

MANORVILLE, NY — A Manorville man was arrested and charged with sending "sexual texts" to a 16-year-old girl, police said.
According to Nassau County Police, Andrew Quattrone, 38, was placed in custody for an incident that took place on Thursday night in Wantagh.
The 16-year-old received vulgar texts, and an inappropriate photo from an unknown phone number, police said. Despite telling the man to stop, the text messages continued, detectives say.

Quattrone was arrested and charged with first-degree disseminating incident material to a minor and endangering the welfare of a minor, police said.
He was scheduled for arraignment on Sunday.

According to Suffolk County Police, Quattrone was also arrested in May, 2021, and charged with third-degree criminal solicitation and endangering the welfare of a child.
The incident took place on Thursday, May 13, at 5:15 p.m. in a parking lot on East Main Street in Babylon when Quattrone approached a 15-year-old girl, handed her a cell phone with a pre-typed sexually explicit message to read, and requested she perform a sex act, police said.
When a friend of the girl walked over, Quattrone fled the parking lot in a gray 2006 Acura with New York license plate KKT-1304, police said.
A two-count warrant was issued for Quattrone by Suffolk County's first district court on May 24, police said.
