Mastic Beach Woman Charged With DWI On North Fork: Cops
Police say they received a report that a vehicle was "all over the road."
CUTCHOGUE, NY — A Mastic Beach woman was charged with driving while intoxicated in Cutchogue, police said.
Marlena Sinnott, 21, was arrested on Saturday at 10:36 p.m. on Route 25 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% alcohol; driving while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to use the designated lane, Southold Town Police said.
Police said they received a report of a "vehicle all over the road." An officer located the vehicle and stopped Sinnott, who was driving, for failing to maintain her lane of travel, police said.

Standardized field sobriety tests were administered at the scene; Sinnott was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest, police said. Sinnott was then transported to Southold Police headquarters where she was processed and held to await arraignment, police said.
