Missing Man With Special Needs Returns Uninjured: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — A man with special needs missing in Riverhead has returned uninjured, police said.

The Riverhead Police Department initially sought the public's assistance in locating Anthony M. Blair, 59, who was reported missing and was last seen in the area of 411 Osborne Avenue in Riverhead.

Authorities believed his possible destination may have been in the Huntington area, police said.

No foul play was suspected, though there were concerns he may have needed medical attention due to his physical and mental condition, police said.
