Missing Riverhead Teen Found Safe

RIVERHEAD, NY — A 16-year old Riverhead boy who has been missing for two months has been located safely, police said.

According to Riverhead Police, David White was found on Wednesday by the Suffolk County Police Department in the Mastic Beach area. He was located without incident and transported to the 7th precinct in Shirley, police said.

David White was reported missing from Timothy Hill Children's Ranch on Dec. 7, police said.

He was reported missing when he left the Ranch, police said. His location was unknown but his disappearance was not considered to be suspicious, police said.
