Passengers in Stopped Car Found with Crack, Narcotics Without Prescription: Police
The bust took place in Riverside, police said.

RIVERSIDE, NY - A traffic stop led to multiple arrests in Riverside, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, on June 13 at 8:41 p.m., members of the Southampton Town Police Department's community response unit were patrolling Riverside and noticed a vehicle with a cracked windshield.
The driver, Diego Ceballos, 22, of Southampton was found to be unlicensed; the rear passenger, Luke Caprari, 20, of Eastport, was found to have an active warrant out of Suffolk County Police Department and was subsequently found to be in possession of a narcotic without a prescription, police said.

The second rear passenger, Tina Costello, 48, of Riverhead, was found with crack cocaine, police said.
Ceballos was issued a summons for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation and released at the scene, police said.

Caprari and Costello were both arrested and taken to headquarters for processing, police said. Caprari was charged for the warrant out of Suffolk County and additionally charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, police said. Costello was charged with seventh degree possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, police said.
