Police Car Hit By Man Charged With DWI: Cops
The police officer, while on duty, was hit by the other vehicle on Saturday night, police say.

RIVERHEAD, NY — A man was charged with driving while intoxicated after hitting a police car in Riverhead Saturday night, authorities said.
Marlon Uz-Cubule was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI and several other vehicle and traffic violations, police said.
According to Riverhead Police, the incident took place on Saturday at 9:39 p.m. when an on-duty police officer was driving his police vehicle on West Main St. near Kroemer Ave. As the officer approached the intersection he was struck by Uz-Cubule's vehicle, which was traveling west on West Main St., police said.

Uz-Cubule was processed at the Riverhead Police Dept. and held for arraignment, police said.
