Police: Duo Arrested on Drug Charges After East End Drug Task Force Investigation

Two men were arrested on drug charges in Riverhead on Friday evening, according to Riverhead Town Police

The East End Drug Task Force along with the Riverhead Police Department conducted an investigation into illegal narcotics in Riverhead Town resulting in the arrest of Rayquann Houpe, 26, of Middle Island, and Rakeem Miles, 23, of Riverhead, shortly after 6:30 p.m., police said.

Both men were charged with third and fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia, police said.
