Police: Flanders Man Arrested on Second DWI Charge
The arrest was made on Saturday morning.
A Flanders man was arrested on his second DWI charge in Riverhead on Saturday morning, according to State Police.
Jose S. Lopez, 28, was stopped for a traffic infraction on East Main Street at about 2:30 a.m., police said.
Investigation revealed he was driving while intoxicated, police said.

Police discover Lopez had a previous DWI conviction and was operating a vehicle without an interlock device required by the Department of Motor Vehicles, police said.
He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, according to police.

Lopez was held for arraignment.
