Police: Homeless Man Arrested For Stealing Wallet, Lottery Tickets
The man was found passed out on a porch at a Mattituck home, police say.
A homeless man was arrested for stealing a wallet and lottery tickets after he was found passed out on a porch at a Mattituck home on Thursday night, according to Southold Town Police.
Dominic Lando, 36, was found passed at a Bay Avenue home shortly after 8:15 p.m., police said.
During an investigation police found that Lando had stolen a wallet and lottery tickets from a 37-year-old Riverhead man, police said.

He was arrested for petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, and held overnight for court, police said.
