Southampton Town Police have identified the pedestrian who was killed after being hit by car on State Road 24 in Riverside on Sunday, as well as another pedestrian who was also hit, and the driver of the vehicle.
According to police, Fidel R. Ortiz, 42, of Riverside has been identified as the pedestrian who was killed in the incident, according to police.
The second pedestrian who was flown to Stony Brook Hospital has been identified as Modesto Robles, 58, who is still in the intensive care unit, police said.

The driver who has been identified as, Edward L. Allen, 40, of Riverhead, according to police. No charges has been filed against Allen at this time.
Southampton Town Detectives are continuing the investigation. They ask anyone with information to contact the Southampton Town Police Department at 631-702-2230.
