Police: Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Hit and Run Crash
The incident occurred in Manorville on Saturday night, police said.

Suffolk County Police detectives are investigating a hit and run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in Manorville on Saturday night.
Nicholas Cerulli, 52, of Manorville, was walking on Country Club Drive, located within the Villas at Pine Hills apartment complex, when he was struck by a car at 11:10 p.m., according to Suffolk police.

The car, which may have front end damage, fled the scene, police said.

Manorville Community Ambulance transported Cerulli to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue where he was admitted and treated for injuries to both his legs and his left arm, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing.
Detectives ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident or with information regarding this incident to contact the Seventh Squad at 631-852-8752 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS.
