Police: Second Arrest Made in Death of Man Found Burning in Manorville
An 18-year-old has been charged with second degree murder, police say.

A second person has been charged with murder in the death of 36-year-old German Guzman, whose body was found burning within the Otis Pike Preserve in Manorville last week, police said.
Orlen Soliz-Galvez, of Amityville, was arrested on Tuesday. The 18-year-old is charged with second degree murder. He will be arraigned in First District Court in Central Islip on Wednesday.
Another man, 21-year-old Bryan RosalesMejia, of Amityville, was arrested on Saturday and faces the same charge in Guzman’s death.

According to police, a passing motorist traveling on Wading River-Manor Road in Manorville noticed a fire on the side of the road near the intersection of Schultz Road and discovered it was a burning body at about 1:45 p.m. last Thursday.
Riverhead Town Police notified Suffolk Police after the passerby called 911.

Police have not specified how Guzman was killed or released a possible motive in the case.
