Police Seeking Riverhead Gas Station Burglar

An unknown person broke into the gas station and stole cartons of cigarettes, coins and lottery tickets, police say.

Police are looking to identify and find the person who burglarized a Riverhead gas station in July.

A person broke the glass door to the American Gas Station on 1427 Main Road on July 25 at 2:10 a.m. and stole 20 cartons of cigarettes, coins and lottery tickets, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
