Police: Two Men Arrested in Drug Raid at Riverhead Home
The arrests were made on Friday.

Two Riverhead men were arrested on drug charges on Friday at their home on Wilson Avenue after a drug raid, according to Riverhead Town Police.
The East End Drug Task force, in cooperation with the Riverhead Town Police, executed a search warrant at the home assisted by the Riverhead Town Police Department C.O.P.E. and K-9 units; Suffolk County Emergency Services Unit and the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit, police said.

The search was the result of an investigation into drug sales at that residence, police said.

EEDTF members recovered quantities of crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana, suboxone, and a quantity of cash, according to police.
Two residents of the home, Robert Mahoney, 26, and Darius Mims, 24, were arrested at the scene.

Mahoney was charged with second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), second degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging materials), unlawful possession of marijuana, and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
Mims was charged with second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging materials), and unlawful possession of marijuana.
