Reward Offered For Gunpoint Gas Station Robbery Information: Police
A reward of up to $5,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest, police say.

RIVERHEAD, NY — Police are offering a reward for information on the gunpoint robbery of a Riverhead gas station, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Town Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole cash from a Riverhead store, police said.
A man wearing all black clothing entered Citgo Gas Station, located at 1050 Osborne Avenue in Riverhead, on June 15th at 10:43 p.m.; after threatening the clerk with a gun, the suspect stole cash from the store and fled southbound on Osborne Avenue, police said.

The suspect was described as a thin black man, approximately 6' tall, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
