The ladies of the Riverhead Garden Club learned a lot about Table Design, when guest speaker, Susan Strauss, set up three card tables and an 8 foot table with different color- themed china and glassware and proceeded to design the floral centerpieces that best fit the occasion. Susan is a FGCNYS Master Judge, an antique dealer, and accredited Second District Speaker. She also lectured and did design programs for 5 years for Norwegian Cruise Lines.
