Riverhead Girl, 13, Missing Since New Year's Eve: Police
Angelica Ortiz-Cano went missing from her family's Riverhead home and still has not been found, police say.

RIVERHEAD, NY —The search continues for a Riverhead girl, 13, who has been missing since New Year's Eve, police said.
The Riverhead Police Department first asked for the public's help to find Angelica Ortiz-Cano on Jan. 4; they are asking again as she has still not returned home or been found, police said.
Angelica is a Hispanic female, 5-feet tall and 100 lbs., with a thin build, a light complexion, brown eyes and straight brown hair, police said. No clothing description was provided by her family, police said.

She left her home on Lewis St. in Riverhead on December 31 at 10 p.m. on her own and with an unknown destination, police said, adding that no foul play is suspected.
Angelica is known to frequent the Flanders area, police said. Anyone with information in regard to her location is asked to contact the Riverhead Police Department at 631-727-4500. All calls will be kept confidential.
