Riverhead High School Hosts Pre-Prom Red Carpet Reception

The Riverhead Community Awareness Program, Inc. (CAP), partnered with Riverhead High School and the Peconic Bay Medical Center (PBMC) Health Foundation to coordinate a Pre-Prom Red Carpet Reception before the Senior Prom last Thursday.

The event was held at Riverhead High School, where the Class of 2015, their families, friends and community members enjoyed a welcome party featuring red carpet photo opportunities, music by WBLI, refreshments and more.

“[PBMC Health] embraces the opportunity to provide the youth a chance to celebrate their graduation in a safe and fun environment,” Samantha Vigliotta, Vice President of Foundation and External Affairs for PBMC Health and Peconic Bay Medical Center, who sponsored the event said. ”Together our community can teach our future leaders how to take responsibility of their health and wellness,”
