Riverhead High School Upcoming Events

Riverhead High School will be hosting three important events in the upcoming months:

College Planning Night is being held on Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the Riverhead High School Cafeteria. At 6:30 PM there will be a meeting for all seniors and their parents to discuss the RHS College Admission Process. This will be followed by a presentation given by Ms. Bethany Barton, Senior Assistant Director of Admissions, St. Joseph’s College, regarding college admission through the eyes of admission officers. All seniors and their parents should make every effort to attend this evening.

Financial Aid & NCAA Night will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 6:00 PM in the Riverhead High School Cafeteria. An NCAA discussion will be presented by the Associate Commissioner, East Coast Conference from 6-7PM followed by a financial aid presentation by Ms. Terri Donnell, Director of Financial Aid, Suffolk County Community College. The snow date is Thursday, December 4, at 6PM.

RHS College Fair will be held for seniors on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 11:30 – 12:20 (6th period) in the Riverhead High School Gymnasium. Representatives from as many as 90 colleges will be available with information and hand outs for interested seniors.
