Riverhead Man Busted for Burglary After Stealing a Safe: Police
The man also stole jewelry and electronics, police said.

RIVERHEAD, NY: A Riverhead man was arrested on Sunday and charged in relation to a residential burglary that took place in December, police said.
According to Riverhead Police, Christopher Lull, 20, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. and charged with burglary in the seond degree, a felony.
Lull’s arrest stemmed from an investigation into a residential burglary on Deer Run in Wading River that occurred during the week of December 14., police said.

Lull entered through a basement window and stole items belonging to the homeowner including a a safe, jewelry and electronics, police said.
Lull was processed at the Riverhead Police Department on Sunday and held for arraignment. The continuing investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at a Wading River address on Monday; the search resulted in some of the stolen property being recovered, police said.
