Riverhead Man Busted for Driving Drunk On County Road 58: Police
The driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane, police said.
RIVERHEAD, NY - A Riverhead man was slapped with a drunk driving charge after he was nabbed on Route 58 on Thursday, police said.
According to New York State Police, Frank N. Cutrone, 62, was arrested on March 31 after he was stopped for failing to maintain his lane.
An investigation revealed Cutrone to be intoxicated; he was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, police said, and is slated to appear at Riverhead Justice Court on April 13, police said.
