Riverhead Man Busted on Multiple Gun Charges: Police
The arrest took place at Bryan Hale's home, police said.

RIVERHEAD, NY - A Riverhead man was busted for being in possession of guns, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Bryan Hale, 49, of Riverhead, was arrested on Wednesday at his home and slapped with "multiple gun charges."
Several reports of Hale possessing a loaded gun were reported to police over the last several weeks, police said.

During the investigation Hale was found to be in possession of a 9 mm Hi-Point loaded handgun, police said.
Hale was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and criminal contempt in the first degree, police said.

The criminal contempt charge stemmed from a current order of protection against Hale ordering him not to be in possession of any guns, police said.
